Stuffed Pepper Soup

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 c. water
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2-3/4 c. prepared white rice

Brown the ground beef. Add onion and garlic and cook for a few minutes. In large saucepan add soup, tomatoes, chili sauce, water and green pepper. Cook until boiling. Add rice and serve.
