This chicken was served at the annual COMM Squadron picnic and it was FABULOUS!
2 bags (2.5 lbs each) boneless/skinless chicken thighs
1 cup Kikoman soy sauce
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp Aji-mirin (Japanese sweet cooking rice wine)
2 tsp sesame seed oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 green onions, sliced 1" lengths
Mix and marinade for 3 days in refrigerator ... cook over BBQ

Ok, so I made this tonight and OMG it was (is) amazing! I don't have a grill so I just pan fried it and it still turned out fantastic! This may be my new favorite dish. Thanks for sharing!
